Sutton on Sea 2007

Early Sunday morning saw the band depart for the annual engagement at Sutton-on-Sea Carnival. First though the coach makes for Ingoldmells 'Fantasy Island' and the 'Eastgate Market' for a few hours leisure time and bargain hunting before the serious business in the nearby seaside resort.

Leading the parade through the town once again, the band were soon lapping up the applause as they set about entertaining the large gathered crowd with their varied routines along the now familiar route, returning to the car park on yet another warm sunny day.

Then to seal the days activities the younger members headed off for their usual 'wetting' in the seafront pool whilst the older members indulged in some liquid refreshment before meeting up at the 'chippy' and returning home. Altogether a very enjoyable weekend alround.
